ABOUT ME 

I began my lifting career as an insecure teenager looking to gain some muscle in an attempt to gain confidence

Upon starting I quickly realised how much there is to the gym and how it maybe wasn't as simple as just spending 2 hours on the bench press.

From then on, I taught myself with everything I could, from books to courses to podcasts, and rapidly became intrigued by everything fitness related.

After leaving education, I took it upon myself to become a qualified Personal Trainer, after I found that training my friends who were at the start of their journey more exciting than my own training!

Now I am extremely grateful to be in a position where I can help others to reach their goals and attain a physique, mindset and lifestyle that they once thought was impossible.
